Renovation and Rehabilitation of Chowk OPP Sheikh Maltoon Town Mardan

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible firms and contractors to participate in the renovation and rehabilitation project of Chowk OPP Sheikh Maltoon Town in Mardan. Experience in sector-level master planning at DHA Islamabad or similar large-scale planned developments is mandatory. The project demands demonstrated capability in integrating infrastructure elements such as roundabouts and junctions within broader master planning frameworks. A strong portfolio in landscape design and execution for artistic and monumental public spaces is essential. The team should include architects, structural engineers, landscape architects, and QS/BOQ specialists to cover design through execution. The contractor must have a track record of delivering high-visibility public realm projects combining artistic design with technical planning integration. Eligibility requires registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Finance Act 2013, Act No. XXI of 2013. Bid security must be submitted electronically in the form of CDR with bank details, CDR number, and date. Bidding documents can be obtained from the procuring entity upon payment of a printing fee of Rs. 3,000 during working hours. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30/07/2026. The last date and time for submission of e-bids is 04/08/2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bids opening on the same day at 12:30 PM after technical bid approval.
