Renovation, Repair and Maintenance Work of 4th, 5th and 6th Floors at Ministry of Commerce Pak Secretariat Islamabad

The Ministry of Commerce Islamabad invites bids for comprehensive renovation, repair and maintenance work of the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of Block "A", Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. This procurement covers a range of non-consultancy services including replacement, polishing, whitewashing, and partition works to be completed within specified timelines. Items being procured: - Replacement of false ceiling (Size 2x2 Sheet) and wire ducting covering 4,830 sqft across 4th, 5th and 6th floors corridors and stairs. - Replacement of ceiling LED lights with wiring, total 48 LED lights. - Whitewash of 11,730 sqft area on 4th, 5th and 6th floors corridors and stairs. - Floor marble polishing of 4,830 sqft area on the same floors. - Replacement of door locks, total 81 units. - Wall paneling at lift lobby and stairs areas on 5th and 6th floors covering 1,610 sqft. - Renovation and repair work of ceiling, whitewash and floor tiles in Room No. 321, 3rd Floor covering 1,956 sqft. - Glass aluminum partition work in Room No. 221 (200 sqft) and Room No. 533 (600 sqft) on Kohsar Block. The scope includes supply, fixation, commissioning and one year maintenance. Interested bidders may visit the site for measurements and inspection. Eligibility requires valid FBR registration, technical competence, and compliance with all terms including warranty and bid security. The contract will be awarded through Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules 2026. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by **November 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of PKR 170,000 in the form of Pay Order is required. Performance guarantee of 2% of contract value will be retained until successful completion of warranty period. The Ministry reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities or cancel any item.
