Providing Services for Upgradation of Fascia Signage Works at Various NVROs of Islamabad Division

Items being procured: - Supply and Installation of Blue Bar (Acrylic Light Bar, 5mm thick acrylic sheet with 3M or Avery CC vinyl film, including acrylic end caps with grooves for LED lights) totaling 1,200 feet across multiple sites including Miraj F/S, Daud F/S, Tarnaul F/S, Malik Mehar F/S, Saaghri F/S, and Mian F/S. - Supply and Installation of L and Z Channels (aluminium channels for canopy signage structures as per PSO drawing No.S-006 Rev:05) at sites including Miraj F/S, Daud F/S, Tarnaul F/S, Malik Mehar F/S, Qureshi F/S, and Malik P/S. - Providing and pasting of vinyl on blue bars including removal of existing vinyl and safe handling, covering 600 feet at sites such as Qureshi F/S, Madina F/S, Taxila F/S, and MUSA F/S. - Fixing of End Caps for Blue Bars at NVROs including removal of existing bars, fixing end caps with LED grooves, and re-installation at sites including Musa F/S, Nadir F/S, Qureshi F/S, Saaghri F/S, and Sarhad F/S. The scope requires adherence to PSO's HSE standards, including provision of PPEs, risk assessments, and certified/licensed personnel for electrical and high-risk works. Contractors must ensure safety measures such as cordoning off work areas and maintaining equipment compliance. Work is restricted to daylight hours and suitable weather conditions.
