Renovation and Upgradation of AU Main Gate at Air University Islamabad Campus

The Air University, Islamabad Campus (Air University) invites sealed bids for the Renovation and Upgradation of the AU Main Gate located at PAF Complex, Sector E-9, Islamabad Capital Territory. This procurement is for civil works and associated electrical and IT services under a National Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include: - Clearance of bushes, trees and shrubs - Excavation for foundations - Termite proofing spraying - Earth filling and ramming - Plain and reinforced cement concrete works - High tensile deformed reinforcing steel bars - Brick masonry walls - Plastering and distemper painting - Supply and installation of uPVC sliding doors and windows - Steel structure shed including columns, purlins, rafters, welding, painting - Kerb stones and precast concrete interlocking pavers - Tire killer barrier, electric traffic barrier, posts, MS frame gate - Glazed/non-skid tiles for walls and floors - Electrical works including circuit wiring, light points, wall bracket fans, switch sockets, LED light fittings, wall bracket fans - IP CCTV cameras, CAT-6 cabling, network video recorder, POE switches, LED monitors and TVs, CCTV cabinet, hard drives - PA system including speakers, amplifiers, paging microphone, wiring, and PA system rack The technical scope covers all materials, installation, testing, and commissioning as per specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered and qualified with relevant PEC categories and FBR/NTN registration. Bid security in the form of Pay Order is required.
