Pakistan Navy Educational Trust (PNET) Karachi invites bids for multiple renovation, upgradation, and installation projects across its various campuses including BC Karim, Bahria Subh-e-Nau School, BSNS Karachi Campus, BC Khalid Campus, BC DHA Campus, and others. The procurement covers a wide range of works including library renovations, computer lab upgrades, furniture fabrication, canteen demolition and construction, repair and plaster work, biometric attendance machine installation, and solar system installation.
Items being procured:
- Library book shelves/cabinets made of 16 mm MDF with laminated scratch-resistant surface and PVC edging
- Library visitor chairs with first quality foam and fabric finish
- Library visitor tables with laminated MDF tops and MS powder coated frames
- Hanging MS mesh frames (Jaffery type) powder coated
- Computer desks with electric sockets and cable holes
- Porcelain tile flooring with approved color and grout
- Electric wiring and installation of LED lights, fans, and ceiling lights
- Window blinds with dust-resistant and UV-protected fabric
- Librarian desks and revolving chairs
- Panaflex frames and wall stickers for library themes
- Painting and color work for walls, doors, and windows
- Desktop computers with CPU, monitor, keyboard, and mouse
- Renovation of library entrances and purchase of new aluminum glass doors
- Air conditioners (1.5 Ton Gree AC Inverter)
- Fancy ceiling fans with AC/DC remote control and fancy lights
- Computer sets (HP/Dell tower core i5 6th Gen, 8 GB RAM, SSD, LED monitor)
- Computer chairs and rugs
- Office tables and instructor furniture
- Wooden furniture including tabloid chairs, white boards, soft boards, staffroom tables, office chairs, sofas, iron cupboards, rostrums, teacher cabinets, cushion chairs, and single beds
- Demolition and construction works for canteens including block masonry, plaster, precast roofs, iron works, floor tiles, marble tops, electric works, color work, aluminum windows and doors, false ceilings, tile fixing, wooden cabinets, basin sinks, paver fixing, and iron kanopi
- Repair and plaster work of RCC shades and cracks
- Installation of biometric attendance machines (ZKTECO MB460) with one year warranty
- Installation of solar system including Crown Nexus 8 KW inverter, solar panels, structures, distribution boxes, AC and DC cables, accessories, and installation charges
The scope of work involves high-quality materials and workmanship, with inspections and acceptance by a committee of experts from PNET. Bidders must be registered and experienced, with bid security and earnest money requirements as per tender documents.
