Renovation Works at KP-HISDU Site, Services Hospital, Police Lane Peshawar

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department invites experienced and eligible contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C-6 or above category and registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) to submit electronic bids for renovation works at the KP-HISDU site located at Services Hospital, Police Lane, Peshawar. Items being procured: - Renovation of KP-HISDU Site at Services Hospital, Police Lane Peshawar including civil, design, electrical, plumbing and other associated works as specified in the BOQ/Bidding Documents. The scope includes comprehensive renovation involving civil construction, electrical wiring and installations, plumbing works, and other related tasks as detailed in the bidding documents. The project completion period is 60 days from the date of award. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above and have valid registration with FBR and KPRA. A bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan is required. The original bid security must be submitted to the procuring entity before the bid closing date and time. The bidding documents including instructions, conditions, technical specifications, drawings, and bill of quantities can be downloaded from the KPPRA website and the e-PADS portal at kp.eprocure.gov.pk. The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 8-09-2026 at 11:00 A.M at PMU KP-HISDU, Services Hospital, Peshawar. The bid submission deadline is 15-09-2026 at 11:00 A.M via the e-PADS portal, with bid opening at 11:30 A.M the same day at the Project Director's office on the 3rd floor of the HRD building, Health Department.
