Rental Office Space for NADRA Registration Center Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Karachi invites bids for rental office space for its Registration Center in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi. The office accommodation must be located in the vicinity of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town and should preferably have a total covered area between 2,500 sq.ft to 4,000 sq.ft on the ground floor. The space should be shaped as a hall with public and staff washrooms and be situated on an approachable main road with a prominent independent entrance and wide gate. Security-wise, the location must be viable and easily accessible by public transport. Additional requirements include a ramp for wheelchair access for disabled citizens, rooftop space for satellite dish antenna and solar installations, proper parking space, and a public queue area. The building status should preferably be commercial with tenancy for a minimum period of 10 years. Items being procured: - Rental office space 2,500 to 4,000 sq.ft at ground floor - Public and staff washrooms - Independent entrance with wide gate - Ramp for wheelchair access - Rooftop for satellite dish and solar installations - Proper parking and public queue space - Commercial building status preferred - Tenancy for minimum 10 years Bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS portal by 5th October 2026 at 11:30 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical bid will be opened on the same day at 12:00 pm at the NADRA RHO Karachi conference hall in the presence of bidders. Bid security must be provided in hard copy. Required documents include attested photocopies of property ownership, approved map, site plan, CNIC, NTN, GST, SST certificates, completion and fitness certificates, and a non-judicial stamp paper undertaking certifying the building is not temporary or debarred from government use. Quoted price must include all applicable taxes. No brokerage or service charges will be paid to real estate agents. NADRA reserves the right to reject bids if required documents are not acceptable.
