Rental Services, Printing, Stationery, and Documentation Works for Municipal Corporation Sahiwal

Municipal Corporation Sahiwal is inviting bids from registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for framework contracts covering a range of services and supplies for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) under the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2014 (amended). Items being procured: - Rental services for exhibitions, fairs & other national celebration events - Services for supply, printing, transportation, installation and removal of pan flexes, streamers, banners, pamphlets and publicity material - Procurement of stationery material - Services for photocopying, printing, scanning, binding of guard files and allied documentation works The scope includes rental of exhibition and event items, comprehensive printing and publicity material handling, supply of stationery, and documentation services. These services will be provided on an as-and-when-required basis through framework contracts. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories, possess GST/NTN/PST registration, and be active taxpayers with FBR. Registration on Punjab e-PADS and possession of a valid Professional Tax Certificate where applicable is mandatory. The estimated costs for the lots are PKR 28,372,000 for rental services, PKR 7,314,000 for printing and publicity materials, PKR 3,075,000 for stationery, and PKR 2,175,000 for photocopying and documentation services. Earnest money is required as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft in favor of Municipal Corporation Sahiwal. Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS by 30-07-2026 at 12:00 Noon, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day at the Municipal Corporation office. Original bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The evaluation will be on a lot-wise basis considering total quoted amounts.
