Renting Out Premises for Advertising and Marketing of Pakistan Metro Bus System (PMBS) from Kachehri Station till Shaheed-e-Millat Stations

Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) invites sealed bids from eligible, technically and financially sound firms or organizations for renting out PMBS premises for Advertising and Marketing from Kachehri Station till Shaheed-e-Millat Stations in Rawalpindi-Islamabad corridor. Items being procured: - Renting out premises for advertising/marketing from Kachehri Station - Premises from Kachehri Station till Shaheed-e-Millat Stations The scope includes renting out designated premises along the Pakistan Metro Bus System route for advertising and marketing purposes. The premises are located in a high-visibility corridor between Kachehri Station and Shaheed-e-Millat Stations, providing excellent exposure for marketing campaigns. Bidders must be registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status is mandatory at the time of tendering. A bid security of PKR 250,000 in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order from a scheduled bank regulated by State Bank of Pakistan is required, payable to Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) Fund Account. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1100 Hrs on 20th October 2026 at the PMA office. Bids must be delivered to the specified address by 29th October 2026 at 14:00 Hrs. Technical proposals will be opened publicly thirty minutes after the bid submission deadline in the presence of bidder representatives. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through National Competitive Bidding (NCB). Late bids will not be accepted. PMA reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any time prior to announcement of results.
