Repair of CC Road and Compound Wall Marvi Ground Municipal Committee Umerkot

The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit electronic bids for the repair of CC Road and Compound Wall at Marvi Ground, Umerkot. This procurement is aimed at improving the infrastructure and public facilities under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Committee Umerkot in Sindh province. Items being procured: - Repair of CC Road - Repair of Compound Wall at Marvi Ground The scope of work includes all necessary civil works related to the repair and restoration of the concrete road and the compound wall, ensuring durability and compliance with technical specifications. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of issuance of the work order. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27 and must have active NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registrations. Experience requirements include at least two ongoing and two completed similar works with supporting documentation. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 must be submitted as per the prescribed method. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) by 09:00 AM on 06-11-2026. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 10:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Umerkot. Original bid security instruments must be delivered in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the procurement process in accordance with SPPRA rules.
