The Building Civil Works and Public Protection & Housing Department District Barshore is inviting bids for multiple repair, rehabilitation, and construction projects across various government buildings and quarters in District Barshore, Balochistan. This tender covers a comprehensive scope of civil works aimed at improving government infrastructure and facilities. Items being procured: - Repair & rehabilitation of No. 7 to 8 abandoned government quarters for SE as officer residence - Repair & rehabilitation of No. 4 to 6 abandoned government quarters for SE as officer residence - Repair & rehabilitation of No. 1 to 3 abandoned government quarters for SE as officer residence - Construction of guard room (2 nos), washroom blocks, 3 watch towers, land levelling, boundary wall raising, furniture/fixture works at district complex building - Construction of 3 new offices (2 rooms each) for line departments at district complex building - Repair, rehabilitation & uplift of abandoned government building for establishment of district complex (all line departments) - Construction of general-purpose hall at GGHS Qala Viala - Construction of additional classrooms (6 nos) & 2 washrooms block at GBHS Ghaizh - Construction of additional classrooms (4 nos) at GBHS Saagi - Construction of additional classrooms (3 nos) at GBHS Kut Muhammad Shah - Construction of additional classrooms (3 nos) at GBHS Mullah Aghbarg - Construction of additional classrooms (4 nos) at GBHS Walga Toba - Construction of new building for Basic Health Unit Sheen Khan - Repair, rehabilitation and provision of missing facilities at BHU Walgai and Walma - Construction of new Basic Health Unit Shahee - Repair, rehabilitation and provision of missing facilities at BHU Walma Haqdad - Repair, rehabilitation and provision of missing facilities at BHU Mulla Aghbarg - Detailed estimate for repair/rehabilitation of 2 police thanas including construction of additional rooms The technical scope includes extensive civil construction and rehabilitation works based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 of the Government of Balochistan. The projects involve structural repairs, new construction, boundary wall raising, furniture and fixture installation, and facility upgrades at multiple government sites. Eligible bidders must demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications as per the bidding documents. PEC registration in appropriate civil works categories and valid FBR/ATL registration are mandatory. Earnest Money in the form of 2% bid security is required.
