The works are spread across various union councils and tehsils in the specified districts. Bidders must have PEC registration in category C6 or above for most works, and C5 or above for some Bhawalpur projects. The estimated costs range from approximately Rs. 697,748 to over Rs. 34 million for different packages. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the E-PADS system by 17-August-2026 at 11:00 am for submission and 11:30 am for opening. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- is payable to PIDCL as Pay Order/CDR. Bid security in shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee is required. The original sealed Tender Fee, Bid Security (CDR), and E-Stamp Paper must be delivered in separate envelopes to the General Manager Engineering (North), PIDCL, Islamabad. Firms should ensure compliance with all PEC, FBR, and tax requirements. Experience in similar civil works is essential. Technical bids must be complete with earnest money and bid security to avoid disqualification. The department reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning reason.
