The Executive Engineer Begari Division Thul invites tenders for the repair and construction of retaining and flank walls of the DIS of X-Regulator of Unhar Canal at Mile-09. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad and have NTN and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) certificates for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Financial statements and income tax returns for the last five years are required, with a minimum turnover of Rs. 25 million per year. Experience in similar construction work for at least two years is mandatory. Bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5000/- either from the office or downloaded online. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank in Pakistan is required. No premium or conditional bids will be accepted. The contractor must have adequate machinery and qualified engineering staff.
