Tender Description
The Airport Security Force (ASF) invites applications for pre-qualification leading to a closed framework agreement for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement involves repair and maintenance services at ASF Garrison Faisalabad Airport. Items being procured:
- Repair of Furniture & Fixture items
- Repair of Machinery & Equipment
- Repair of Office and Residential Buildings
- Repair of Computer Hardware
- Repair of Motor Transport (MT) vehicles and parts
This tender is specifically for the ASF Garrison located at Faisalabad Airport. The scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance services for furniture, machinery, buildings, computer hardware, and vehicle parts to ensure operational readiness and upkeep of ASF facilities.
Applicants must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, holding valid NTN and GST numbers, and must be on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Pre-Qualification Documents are available free of cost on the PPRA E-PAD System at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders are required to register on the E-PADS PPRA portal and submit applications electronically before the closing date and time. Hard copies (sealed envelopes) must also be submitted with all requisite information as per the Pre-Qualification Documents.
The deadline for submission is 24th September 2026 at 09:00 AM at the Store Office, ASF Garrison Faisalabad Airport. Technical bids will be opened on the same day. Earnest Money and other bid securities must comply with the tender requirements.
