Repair and Maintenance of Air Conditioners Machinery

The Federal Government Organization (FGO) (Intelligence Bureau (IB) Division) Karachi invites qualified firms for the repair and maintenance of air conditioners machinery for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for service providers capable of handling comprehensive AC repair work including parts replacement and servicing. Firms must have a complete setup in Karachi and be able to respond promptly, including odd hours. Warranty on replaced parts must be clearly stated and free replacement is required if defects reoccur within warranty. The firm is responsible for any loss or damage during service. Eligibility requires valid CNIC, NTN/GST certificates, proof of ATL registration, affidavit of no blacklisting, and relevant past experience with at least 3 years preferred. Financial statements and client lists must be submitted. The tender submission deadline is **August 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM** via EPADS v2.0 only. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM at 25 Bhopal House, Old Clifton, Karachi. Manual submissions are not accepted.
