Tender Description

The Town Municipal Corporation Saddar Karachi is procuring repair and maintenance services for the building light system at multiple schools within TMC Saddar, along with the installation of a solar system including electrification works at School No: 6, 7, 8 & 9 Koyala Godown UC-02. This procurement is specifically for Karachi under the M&E Department of TMC Saddar. The technical scope includes providing and laying PVC insulated copper conductors, fixing circuit breakers, channel pattis, plugs, sockets, DP/IC changeover switches, one-way switches, electric wall brackets, brass batten holders, wiring for light and fan points, and installation of LED bulbs and electrical switchboards. The solar system installation involves accessories and electrification works at the specified schools. The total estimated cost for these works is approximately **PKR 8.51 million**. Eligible bidders must hold a valid PEC category relevant to electrical and mechanical works, be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and FBR, and have at least five years of relevant experience with a turnover between 2 to 4 million PKR.
