Repair and Maintenance of Various Civil Works (Sewerage Repair, Storeroom, Generator Shed and Others Repairs) at LUAWMS

The Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences in Uthal, Balochistan, invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of various civil works at LUAWMS. This procurement covers comprehensive repair and maintenance tasks including sewerage repair, storeroom construction, generator shed renovation, and other related civil works. Items being procured: - Providing manhole type 'A' size 24"x18" (qty 8) - Providing and laying 1:3:6 cement concrete block masonry using coarse sand and crushed aggregate 3/4" (209 cubic feet) - 1/2 inch (13mm) thick cement plaster on walls and columns (576 sqft) - Oil free distempering in two or more coats (576 sqft) - Providing and fixing 3/4" thick Kail wood tongued and grooved plain boarding (11.5 sqft) - Applying synthetic clear varnish on woodwork (240 sqft) - Providing and fixing superior quality C.P. bib cock 3/4" (qty 5) - Providing and fixing C.P. brass Muslim shower 1/2" (qty 2) - Providing and fixing locks with brass screws including door closer and floor hinges (qty 4) - Providing and fixing roller type window blinds (54 sqft) - Dismantling plain cement concrete 1:2:4 & richer mixes (60 cubic feet) - Filling, watering and compacting earth under floors (240 cubic feet) - Providing and laying cement concrete using approved coarse sand and crushed aggregate 3/4" (79.2 cubic feet) - Providing and installing girders of approved quality Mughal steel 6000 or equivalent (95 feet) - Providing and laying cement concrete pipes 12" dia (165 feet) - Providing and installing T-iron of approved quality Mughal steel or equivalent (300 feet) - Providing and installing baked earth tiles (304 sqft) - Providing and fixing flush door (24.5 sqft) - Providing and fixing galvanized steel door frame with hinges (17.5 feet) - Providing and fixing cp al-drop lock (qty 1) - Supplying and installation of 3" dia galvanized iron pipes gauge 14 (27 feet) - Supply and installation of 1 1/2"x1 1/2" square iron pipes gauge 16 (qty 16) - Supply and fixation of corrugated iron roofing sheets (qty 21) - Supply and fixation of hooks/bolts for fastening sheets (#10, 2") (qty 50) - Welding the pipes of the framework and fastening iron sheets (1 box) - Cutting frame pipes and channels to required size (qty 5) - Refixing and strengthening of existing fixed wooden window louvers (qty 142) - Distemper on old surface of walls and ceiling (260 sqft) The scope includes repair of sewerage systems, construction of rooms, strengthening and refixing of wooden works, renovation of generator sheds, and other maintenance works at the university premises. Bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories and have valid FBR/NTN registration. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Technical and financial bids will be evaluated accordingly. The contract performance guarantee is set at 0% of the contract price.
