Annual Framework Contracts for Repair and Maintenance of Roads, Traffic Signals, and Electrical Works in Faisalabad (FY 2026-27)

Municipal Corporation Faisalabad is inviting electronic bids for multiple annual framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to eligible, experienced, tax-registered, and financially sound contractors or firms who are enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. The procurement covers a wide range of repair, maintenance, and supply works within Faisalabad city, and all bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) as per the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations. Items being procured: - Annual framework contract for repair and maintenance of tuff tiles, patchwork of road, curb stone, signage/direction boards, and raising of manhole etc. Faisalabad city (FY 2026-27) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 400,000,000) - Annual framework contract for repair and maintenance of PCC, RCC, brick work and raising of manhole etc. Faisalabad city (FY 2026-27) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 200,000,000) - Annual framework contract for repair and maintenance of thermoplastic lane marking, cat eyes, standardized speed breakers, and signage etc. Faisalabad city (FY 2026-27) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 80,000,000) - Annual framework contract for repair and maintenance, shifting/refixing/installation of smart/AI traffic signals in the jurisdiction of MCF (FY 2026-27) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 50,000,000) - Annual framework contract for repair/supply of poles, foundations, lights, LED bulb, cobdown, road light, LED linear, LED flood, LED garden, decorate light, robe light, SPD, driver, copper wire, main switch etc. in jurisdiction of MCF (FY 2026-27) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 100,000,000) The technical scope includes civil works, electrical installations, road infrastructure, and smart traffic management systems. Bidders must ensure they are registered with PEC in the relevant category and comply with all tax and financial requirements. A Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost/value of the quoted items must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-PS. Physical CDRs, Pay Orders, or Bank Guarantees are not accepted. Submission of hard copies is not required. Bids must be uploaded electronically by 1:00 PM on 24-08-2026, and will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the Iqbal Hall, MCF office, Faisalabad. Only electronic submissions via Punjab e-PS are accepted. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure.
