The Capital Development Aurhority (CDA), Maintenance Division-I, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of House No 21, Street 40, F-7/1, Islamabad under contract reference P162912 for the financial year 2026-27. The scope covers comprehensive civil works including dismantling, plumbing, tiling, painting, and installation of sanitary fittings at the specified residential property in Islamabad.
