Only firms with sufficient experience and security clearance will be issued tender documents. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Contractors must be on approved MES lists in categories B, C, or D and have relevant experience. Earnest money and other conditions apply as per PPRA rules.
