Repair and Maintenance Works of Officer Roads and Buildings in Bahawalpur

The Communication & Works Department, Executive Engineer Buildings Division No.1 Bahawalpur invites contractors and firms enlisted with PEC for the current financial year 2026-27 to participate in e-tendering for repair and maintenance works of officer roads and buildings in Bahawalpur. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) under Single Stage Single Envelope method as per PPRA Rules 38(1). Items being procured: - Special Repair & Maintenance of Resident No. 6/4-D Officer Road Colony No. XXXI Mahala Bahawalpur - Special Repair & Maintenance of Resident No. 35-C Officer Road Colony No. XXXI Mahala Bahawalpur & Bachelor Flat 23/24 Behind Circuit House Officer Colony No. XXXI Mahala Bahawalpur - Drainage and Repair of Addl. District Complexes in District Bahawalpur - Special Repair & Maintenance of Resident No. 7/1-D Officer Road Colony No. XXXI Mahala Bahawalpur - Drainage and Repair of Resident No. 6/70 Adda Mazari Quarter No. 5-B/8th Quarter No. 21/11 & Quarter No. 37/11 in One Unit Staff Colony Bahawalpur The contractors must quote their rates online on an item rate basis against each item of the BOQ. The bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical CDR will be accepted. The bid must be signed, stamped, and uploaded electronically. Manual bids will not be accepted. All contractors must submit their PEC license 2026-27 with letterheads to the Tender Opening Committee on 14.09.2026 not later than 11:00 AM. The tender opening committee may reject any bid prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rule-35. Performance guarantee will be required as per PPRA Rule-56. The estimated cost for the works is Rs. 8.828 Million with earnest money ranging from Rs. 33,450 to Rs. 41,480 depending on the work. The completion time for all works is 3 months. The bids will be opened on 14.09.2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of participating firms/contractors and the Tender Opening Committee at the office of the Commissioner Office, Bahawalpur Division, Bahawalpur.
