Selection & Rate Contracting for Repair & Maintenance of Official Vehicles and Supply of Spare Parts for Official Vehicles 2026-27

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority invites bids through EPADS under National Open Competitive Bidding method, Single Stage One Envelope Procedure, for selection and rate contracting (Framework Agreement) for the Financial Year 2026-2027 in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Repair/Servicing of Official Vehicles labour, diagnostics and workshop services - Lot 2: Supply of Genuine/OEM-Equivalent Spare Parts for Official Vehicles This contract covers repair and maintenance services for official vehicles including labour and diagnostics, as well as the supply of genuine or OEM-equivalent spare parts. The scope includes workshop services ensuring vehicles remain operational and well-maintained throughout the contract period. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bid Security/Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the total bid cost must be submitted in original form as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in favor of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 8th September 2026 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Directorate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Khyber Road, Police Lines, Peshawar. E-bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 1:00 PM, 21 September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
