Procurement for Supply and Installation of 04 Core x 240 mm2 Electrical Cable at Faqir Plaza Lahore

Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company (Pvt) Ltd (PRIMACO) on behalf of EOBI (Government of Pakistan) invites eligible bidders for the procurement of supply and installation of 04 Core x 240 mm² electrical cable at Faqir Plaza, 06 Chatterjee Road, Urdu Bazar, Lahore. This tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under National Competitive Bidding and is open to all qualified bidders registered with PEC and FBR with active ATL status. Items being procured: - 04-Core × 240 mm² Copper Conductor XLPE Insulated PVC Sheathed Electrical Power Cable - Cable glands, 240 mm² copper compression lugs, cable tags, termination accessories - Supply, transportation, laying/installation, routing, termination, testing, and commissioning The scope includes site survey, cable route verification, proper cable handling, installation with all accessories, earthing, protection at bends and entries, and comprehensive testing including continuity, insulation resistance, and phase identification. The cable shall be from approved manufacturers such as Pakistan Cables, Newage Cables, Fast Cables or equivalent, conforming to IEC/BS standards. Bidders must have PEC registration in category C-6 & above with specialized code EE-04, valid tax registration, business setup, and experience of at least two similar contracts of minimum Rs. 4 Million each in the last five years. Earnest money of Rs. 150,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is required. The contract completion timeline is 45 calendar days from the commencement date. Payment of 100% will be made after successful completion, inspection, and issuance of Taking Over Certificate, subject to applicable tax deductions. Warranty and defect liability period is 3 months from acceptance. Bids must be submitted electronically via PPRA EPADS portal by 24th September 2026 at 1400 hours.
