Bidders must submit their proposals in one big envelope as per the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under SPRA rules. A bid security of 3% of the budget in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in the name of District Health Officer Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days.
