Tender Description
The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat Islamabad is inviting proposals for the pre-qualification of auto workshops and authorized agents of manufacturers for the repair and maintenance of its official vehicles. This procurement is specifically for the financial year 2026-27 and targets firms based in Islamabad that are registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Items being procured:
- Repair and maintenance services for official vehicles of Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat
The scope includes comprehensive vehicle repair and maintenance services to ensure the operational readiness and safety of the Secretariat’s fleet. The selected firms must have the technical capacity and authorization from vehicle manufacturers to provide quality service. The work will be carried out in Islamabad, and all submissions must be made electronically through the PPRA E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be Islamabad-based, active on the FBR ATL, and authorized agents or workshops for vehicle repair. Experience in servicing government or institutional vehicle fleets will be advantageous. The pre-qualification documents detailing terms and conditions are available for download from the PPRA EPADS portal.
The submission deadline is strictly set for 22 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with the opening of bids at 11:30 a.m. on the same day. Interested bidders should ensure timely electronic submission to avoid disqualification. The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
