Repair, Maintenance and Services of Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Dispensers & Mortuary Chiller FY 2026-27

The Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad (FGPC-PGMI) invites bids for the repair, maintenance, and services of air conditioners, refrigerators, dispensers, and mortuary chillers for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specific to Islamabad and covers a comprehensive scope including servicing and replacement of parts for various types of air conditioners such as non-inverter and inverter models, refrigerators, deep freezers, water coolers, dispensers, and mortuary chillers installed at FGPC and its attached medical facilities. The technical scope includes maintenance of approximately 594 units for service and 475 units for repair/replacement of parts. Key items include gas refills (R-22, R-410-A, R-32, R-134-A, R-600, R-290), compressors, PC boards, condensers, cooling coils, fan motors, capacitors, relays, leakage detection and repair, and air conditioner installation/removal. The contractor must ensure 24/7 availability of qualified technical staff and maintain uninterrupted functionality of all equipment. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least three years of experience providing similar services to government hospitals or departments, possess FBR registration, and have at least one PEC-registered electrical engineer. Workshops must be located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 60,000 and comply with all documentation requirements including judicial papers and CDR. The bid submission deadline is Monday, July 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM via EPADS v2.0, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with a technical passing score of 70%. The contract period is for the financial year 2026-27 with possible extension.
