All works must comply with SESSI's technical specifications and relevant building codes. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and FBR (Active Taxpayer List), and must provide Earnest Money of 3000 PKR per work in the form of Pay Order or CDR. The deadline for bid submission is 18 November 2026 at 10:00 am, with bid opening at 10:30 am the same day at the SESSI Engineering Directorate, Karachi.
