The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Islamabad is inviting sealed applications from FBR-registered automotive workshops for a 3-year framework agreement covering the fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. This procurement is specifically for repair, maintenance, and spare parts sourcing for official vehicles including Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Suzuki, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, and motorcycles. Workshops must demonstrate capability in various types of repair and maintenance, possess relevant past experience, and have sufficient workshop infrastructure including equipment and plant. Availability of repair parts and GST/NTN registration are mandatory. The workshop must also have the capacity for wheel balancing and alignment access. No blacklisting certificate on judicial stamp paper is required. The workshop must be able to provide immediate service even during odd hours and return old parts upon replacement. Warranty obligations include free replacement of faulty parts during the warranty period. Interested bidders must attach a pay order of PKR 300,000 as call deposit in the name of Assistant Collector (HQ) Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Islamabad.
