Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Islamabad is inviting sealed applications from FBR-registered automotive workshops for a 3-year framework agreement covering the fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. This procurement is specifically for repair, maintenance, and spare parts sourcing for official vehicles including Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Suzuki, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, and motorcycles. Items being procured:
- Repair and maintenance services
- Spare parts sourcing
- Wheel alignment and balancing
- Electric work
- Purchase of tyres
- Alloy rims
- Other spare parts
The scope includes comprehensive vehicle servicing such as engine overhauling, denting and painting, and handling of software/electronic technology in vehicles. Workshops must demonstrate capability in various types of repair and maintenance, possess relevant past experience, and have sufficient workshop infrastructure including equipment and plant. Availability of repair parts and GST/NTN registration are mandatory. The workshop must also have the capacity for wheel balancing and alignment access. No blacklisting certificate on judicial stamp paper is required. The workshop must be able to provide immediate service even during odd hours and return old parts upon replacement. Warranty obligations include free replacement of faulty parts during the warranty period.
Interested bidders must attach a pay order of PKR 300,000 as call deposit in the name of Assistant Collector (HQ) Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Islamabad. The technical committee will conduct physical visits of all workshops before prequalification. Eligible bidders should have valid NTN/STRN and submit sealed tenders on firm letterhead by hand only. The submission deadline is **12:00 PM on 2026-08-05**, with opening at 2:00 PM the same day. The tender is issued by the **Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Islamabad**.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your workshop is fully compliant with all registration and technical requirements before submission, and prepare for the physical inspection by the technical committee to avoid disqualification. Timely submission by hand is critical as late bids will not be accepted.
