Tender Description
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed registered Government Firms, Dealers, Suppliers, and Contractors for the repair, maintenance, and supply of spare parts for two and four wheeler vehicles for AIG/CID Gilgit-Baltistan for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is managed by the AIG/CID Gilgit-Baltistan office located in Gilgit.
Items being procured:
- Supply of Spare parts of transports
The scope includes repair and maintenance services along with the supply of necessary spare parts for the vehicles under AIG/CID GB. Contractors and suppliers must have their own shop or workshop with technical experts and staff, demonstrating vast and relevant past experience. The contractor must be a sole proprietor with a complete setup in Gilgit-Baltistan and must be able to supply demanded items promptly.
Tender submission requires a call deposit of Rs. 100,000/- in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in the name of AIG/CID GB. The bidding documents fee is Rs. 4000 (non-refundable). Tender without the call deposit will not be accepted. Only registered firms, dealers, suppliers, and contractors will be entertained. The rates for items not covered in the prescribed form will be determined according to the prevailing retail market price at the time of supply. All applicable taxes will be included in the bid price and borne by the firms.
Eligibility criteria include a bank statement for the last one year showing a minimum balance of Rs. 1,500,000/-, four years of relevant work experience, and attested registration certificates. Conditional, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will be rejected. The tender committee reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals as per rule-36 of GB PPRA rules-2022.
Bidding documents can be collected from the office of AIG/CID GB on written request on the firm's letterhead during office hours. The tender submission deadline is 31st August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
