Repair, Maintenance and Supply of Spare Parts for Government Vehicles

The Information Department of Gilgit-Baltistan Secretariat invites sealed tenders from reputed government registered firms, dealers, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement, purchasing, and supply of items and services related to government vehicles. This tender is specifically for the Financial Year 2026-27 and is based in Gilgit at the Jutial Gilgit Civil Secretariat, New Building Ground Floor. Items being procured: - Repair, Maintenance & supply of spare parts of Government Vehicles The scope of work includes the repair and maintenance of government vehicles along with the supply of necessary spare parts. The contractor or supplier must have a fully equipped setup such as an own shop, store, or auto shop with technical experts, workers, and staff possessing vast and post experience supported by documentary evidence. The firm must have adequate supply capabilities in Gilgit-Baltistan and also be able to supply demanded items/services in Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include being a registered firm/dealer/supplier/contractor with a call deposit of PKR 200,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order in the name of Deputy Secretary Information, Department GB. The bidder must attach the call deposit with the bidding documents. Tender documents can be obtained from the budget section of the Information Department GB starting 3rd August 2026. Updated bank statements showing a balance of PKR 1.000 million and a minimum of five years of work experience in the relevant field are required. Registration certificates, non-blacklisting certificates, and supporting papers must be attached with the sealed tender duly attested. The last date for submission is 17th August 2026 by 12:00 hours, with the opening of bids on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives at the Secretary Information Office Secretariat Jutial Gilgit. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per GB PPRA guidelines.
