Repair and Maintenance Services for Transport, Machinery, Furniture, Hardware and IT Equipment for Ministry of Energy Petroleum Division

The Ministry of Energy Petroleum Division, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from reputable companies, vendors, and duly established workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for pre-qualification to provide repair and maintenance services for transport, machinery, furniture, hardware, and IT equipment during the 2026-27 fiscal year. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of Transport - Repair and maintenance of Machinery - Repair and maintenance of Furniture - Repair and maintenance of Hardware - Repair and maintenance of IT Equipment The scope requires vendors to have their own complete setup including spare parts availability and technical expertise in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Participating firms must provide proof of registration with the Sales Tax Department and NTN/General Sales Tax numbers issued by Income Tax/Sales Departments and be active taxpayers on the ATL of FBR. An Earnest Money deposit of Rs. 90,000 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO), Petroleum Division Pak Secretariat Islamabad is mandatory and refundable. Unsuccessful bidders will have their earnest money refunded after tender opening, while successful firms' earnest money will be converted into a security deposit. Firms must have at least three years of experience supported by bank statements, annual tax returns, and bank account maintenance certificates. Submission of a non-legal affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100 confirming no blacklisting by any government entity is required. Tender documents and item lists can be obtained from the e-procurement portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) after payment of Rs. 1000 (non-refundable). Proposals must be submitted electronically via E-PADS on https://eprocure.gov.pk by 1100 hrs on 16 October 2026, with opening at 1130 hrs the same day. Late bids or those without bid security will be rejected. In case of a public holiday on the closing date, the deadline will be extended to the next working day.
