Tender Description
The Office of the Deputy Director LG&RD District Nagar invites sealed tenders from registered contractors, suppliers, and firms for the repair and maintenance of vehicles and the supply of miscellaneous items, stationery, machinery & equipment for the Financial Year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for work and supply in Nagar, Gilgit-Baltistan.

The scope includes maintenance and repair services for transport vehicles, supply of genuine spare parts for vehicles, machinery, and equipment, as well as provision of stationery and miscellaneous store items. Bidders must have their own workshop or stationery shop located in Nagar or Gilgit City. Tender documents (NIT) are available from the undersigned's office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000. Sealed tenders must reach the office by 11:30 AM on 14th September 2026, with opening scheduled at 12:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Eligibility criteria include registration as a contractor or supplier, possession of a workshop or stationery shop in the specified locations, and submission of a refundable Call Deposit of Rs. 75,000 in the name of the Deputy Director LG&RD District Nagar for vehicle repair and maintenance. Tender documents will not be issued to blacklisted firms, and conditional tenders will not be accepted. The department reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA rules.
Bidders are advised to quote rates only for genuine spare parts and avoid unrealistic or non-competitive pricing. Timely submission and compliance with all terms and conditions will be critical for successful participation. For best results, bidders should ensure all required documents and deposits are prepared in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
