Tender Description

The Chief Traffic Officer Multan invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the Financial Year 2026-27 for the purchase and repair of various items and services. This procurement is open to firms, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant tax and registration authorities. Items being procured: - Lot No.1: A13001-Transport Repair - Lot No.2: A13303-Repair Buildings - Lot No.3: A13101-Machinery & Equipment Repair - Lot No.4: A03807-Purchase of Lubricants - Lot No.5: A09601-Plant & Machinery Purchase - Lot No.6: A09701-Furniture & Fixture Purchase - Lot No.7: A03970-050 Road Safety - Lot No.8: A09203-IT Equipment - Lot No.9: A03901-Stationery Items - Lot No.10: A03970-001-Others (Misc. Items) - Lot No.11: A03955-Computer Stationery - Lot No.12: A13201-Repair of Furniture - Lot No.13: A03902-Printing Charges The scope includes repair and maintenance of transport vehicles, buildings, machinery, purchase of lubricants, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, road safety equipment, IT equipment, stationery, computer stationery, and printing charges. Bidders must submit bids lot-wise and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility requires registration with Punjab e-Procurement System, relevant tax authorities, and PEC where applicable. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required as per the listed amounts for each lot. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 10th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and bids are submitted as per the rules to avoid rejection. The validity of bids is until 30th June 2027. Repeat orders may not exceed 15% of the original procurement value. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the lot-wise bid security requirements and submit bids for complete lots only, as partial or incomplete bids may be rejected.
