Repair and Renovation of Federal Boys Hostel, Lal Shahbaz Boys Hostel and Allama Iqbal Boys Hostel at University of Sindh, Jamshoro

The University of Sindh, Jamshoro invites bids for the repair and renovation of Federal Boys Hostel, Lal Shahbaz Boys Hostel and Allama Iqbal Boys Hostel under the Government of Sindh approved Non-ADP Scheme 2025-26 titled Rehabilitation of Students Facilities & Other Infrastructure Facilities. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer (Civil) University of Sindh, Jamshoro, located in Jamshoro, Sindh. Items being procured include: - Repair and Renovation of Federal Boys Hostel - Repair and Renovation of Lal Shahbaz Boys Hostel - Repair and Renovation of Allama Iqbal Boys Hostel The scope covers civil, plumbing, and internal electrification works including dismantling, brickwork, plastering, flooring, RCC work, steel reinforcement, fixing G.I frames, painting, electrical wiring, switchgear installation, plumbing fixtures, and other related infrastructure improvements. The project duration is 6 months with a bid security of 5% amounting to Rs.7,765,463. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Sindh Revenue Board, and Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant PEC categories and hold an Electrical License for Hyderabad Region. Experience of at least 5 years in similar works in Higher Education Institutions and large public sector organizations is mandatory. Technical bids will be evaluated on detailed criteria including past performance, key personnel qualifications, equipment, financial capability, PEC category, and health and safety compliance. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's EPADS portal by 03-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. Technical proposals hard copies are required at bid opening. Manual bids will not be accepted. The tender fee is Rs.5000. The bid opening will be held at the Office of the Executive Engineer (Civil), University of Sindh, Jamshoro at 11:00 AM on the same day. Earnest money must accompany bids or they will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPP Rules 2010 (amended).
