Repair and Renovation Works and Construction of Futsal in Gwadar District by CWPP&H Department

The CWPP&H Department District Gwadar invites eligible bidders for execution of multiple works under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (Phase-III) for the year 2026. These works are based on composite schedule rates on percentage basis and include repair, renovation, and construction projects in Gwadar district. Items being procured: - Repair & Renovation of District Council Hall Gwadar - Construction of Futsal in Churbandar Tehsil Pasni - Repair / Renovation of Thalassemia Building at Mir Abdulghafoor Teaching Hospital Gwadar - Renovation of Zahoor Shah Academy Gwadar The scope covers civil works including structural repairs, renovations, and new construction at specified sites within Gwadar district. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least 70% for each work in the last two years, demonstrating financial capacity and relevant experience. Registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and presence on the Active Tax Payer List is mandatory. The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Building, CWPP&H Department District Gwadar, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,000 PKR from the date of publication until 9th September 2026 during office hours. The last date for bid submission is 9th September 2026 by 11:30 AM, with tender opening at 12:30 PM the same day at the Executive Engineer Building office, Fish Harbour Road near Civil Hospital Gwadar.
