The Headquarters Airport Security (Airports Security Force (ASF)) Karachi is inviting pre-qualification applications from firms for the Financial Year 2026-27 for repair, renovation, maintenance, replacement, and related works of the office building structure at Headquarters ASF Karachi. This procurement is specifically for non-consultancy services and aims to pre-qualify firms that will later be invited to bid for the actual contracts. The department is located near Airport, Airport Sub-Division, Malir District, Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - False ceiling, wall paper, colors work - Carpenter, aluminum / wooden doors sheets work - Khaprail, graphic, kerb & curve block / lawn work - Plumber, sewerage, water supply line works - Masonry, plaster, roof treatment/maintenance/leakage work - Pre-cast work, cement concrete flooring, paver, marble, tile fixing work - Iron/welding, fiber sheets, fiber doors bidding, asbestos sheet, termite work The technical scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance of the office building structure including false ceilings, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, roof treatment, and related civil works. The site is the Headquarters ASF Karachi office building. The works will be carried out as and when required after signing the contract with successful bidders. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Firms must have relevant experience and meet PEC category requirements as per the prequalification documents. Earnest money in the form of a Pay Order amounting to Rs 201,320 in favor of Director (Adm) Headquarters ASF Karachi is mandatory. Incomplete or conditional tenders will be rejected. Applications must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 and also dropped in the tender box at Headquarters ASF Karachi.
