Tender Description
The Planning Development Monitoring and Implementation Cell Culture Tourism Antiquities and Archives Department Government of Sindh invites bids for the repair and renovation of M.H Panhwar Institute located in Jamshoro Sindh. This procurement is part of the department's 2025-26 development plan and aims to restore and maintain the institute's infrastructure to ensure its continued service to the community.
The scope of work includes comprehensive civil works such as excavation in rock and earth filling concrete works plastering anti-termite treatment and painting. The project requires specialized equipment including concrete mixers vibrators earth rammers and scaffolding as well as skilled personnel including civil engineers site engineers quantity surveyors electrical engineers and architects all registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC. The contractor must have a minimum of five years experience in similar works and be registered with relevant tax authorities including NTN and SRB with active status.
Bidders must submit their bids through the SPPRA EPADS system by 18th May 2026 at 12:30 PM with technical and financial proposals in a single envelope. The bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 1.5 million must be submitted in original along with a tender fee of Rs. 3,000. The bids will be opened online on the same day at 1:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer PDM&I Cell Karachi. Manual bids will not be accepted.
