The scope involves dismantling existing tiles and concrete, replacing sewerage and rainwater pipes, fixing steel door frames, installing deodar wood and PVC door shutters, laying glazed tiles, painting, and plumbing works. The site is located in Lahore, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to engineering standards. The project budget is allocated for the financial year 2025-26 with a completion timeline of 60 days post-contract signing.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and possess valid NTN and GST registrations with active tax payer status. Performance certificates from at least two government departments are required. The bid security is 2% of the total quoted amount, submitted as a pay order in favor of the Collectorate of Customs Airports, Lahore. All bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) with a hard copy of documents submitted to the Additional Collector (HQ) office before the deadline.
Ensure your firm's PEC category aligns with the scope of civil works and that your FBR/ATL status is current for the 2025-26 financial year. This will avoid disqualification during technical evaluation. The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure under PPRA rules and amendments.
The submission deadline is set for 04 February 2026 at 12:00 pm, with bid opening at 01:00 pm on the same day at the office of the Additional Collector (HQ), AFU Cargo Complex, Collectorate of Customs Airports, Lahore. Late submissions or manual bids will not be accepted.
