Tender Description
The CMES (PAF) Faisal invites experienced contractors to submit sealed tenders for repair and renovation works at Pakistan Air Force facilities in Karachi. The procurement covers repair and renovation of certain residential facilities, replacement of furniture in non-residential facilities, and leftover works for non-residential areas. This tender is issued by the CMES (PAF) Faisal, a key department responsible for maintenance and infrastructure at PAF installations.
The technical scope includes renovation of residential buildings, replacement of furniture, and completion of leftover works at specified PAF sites. Contractors must have relevant experience in similar works and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Only firms with valid PEC registration and FBR/ATL compliance are eligible. Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding issues with government departments.
Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors who submit their applications by 3rd June 2026. The tender submission deadline is 4th June 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Interested parties can contact GE (Air) Masroor, GE (Air) Korangi Creek, or AGE (Air) Proj Masroor for further details between 0800 to 1400 hours on working days.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents including PEC registration, experience certificates, and no-litigation certificates are complete and submitted timely. Early application for tender documents is advised to avoid last-minute issues. Earnest Money and CDR requirements should be carefully checked in the tender documents. This opportunity is significant for contractors specializing in civil works and furniture supply for defense facilities in Karachi.
