Miscellaneous Repair, Renovation, Painting and Construction Works in Rawalpindi

The Military Engineer Services (MES), Office of GE (Army)-I Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for miscellaneous repair, renovation, distempering, painting, construction, electrical, water-supply and sui gas works under different sub-divisions. The procurement is issued under PPRA Rule 13(1) 2004 and is intended for experienced MES-approved or otherwise eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council. The printed work packages are: Sr a, one work package for miscellaneous repair, renovation, distempering, painting and construction works at various locations, including a term contract for BSR Artificer and periodical services and decoration works in BSR-V Sub Division GE (Army)-I Rawalpindi; Sr b, one work package for miscellaneous repair and renovation works at various locations, including a term contract for internal electric, water supply and sui gas works in E&M-II Sub Division GE (Army)-I Rawalpindi; Sr c, one work package for repair, renovation, distempering, painting and construction works with BSR Artificer, periodical services and decoration works in BSR-I Sub Division GE (Army)-I Rawalpindi; Sr d, one work package for repair and renovation works and internal or external electric, water supply and sui gas works in E&M-III Sub Division GE (Army)-I Rawalpindi; Sr e, one work package for repair, renovation, distempering, painting and construction works with BSR Artificer, periodical services and decoration works in BSR-II Sub Division GE (Army)-I Rawalpindi; Sr f, the corresponding BSR-III package; Sr g, the corresponding BSR-VI package; and Sr h, repair and renovation works with internal electric, water supply and sui gas works in E&M-I Sub Division GE (Army)-I Rawalpindi. The estimated cost is **up to PKR 4,000,000 for each package**. Applicants must submit credentials and details of works executed during the last two years and works currently in hand. Contractors must provide written certification and a copy of valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration; unregistered firms are ineligible. Contractors on approved MES lists in Categories A, B, C, D or E with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. No specific earnest money, CDR, or ATL requirement is stated in the notice. Applications for tender documents will be scrutinised, and documents will be issued only to firms satisfying the experience and area requirements. Tenders must reach the office of the Accepting Officer by **27 August 2026 at 11:30 hours** and will be opened at **12:00 hours** the same day.
