Repair and Renovation of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Museum and Office of Assistant Engineer PDM&I-Cell Larkana

The Planning Development Monitoring and Implementation Cell under the Culture Tourism Antiquities and Archives Department Government of Sindh invites bids for the repair and renovation of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Museum and the Office of Assistant Engineer PDM&I-Cell located in Larkana Sindh. This project involves comprehensive civil and electrical works including scraping and repainting walls with approved paints removal and replacement of doors and windows with mahogany wood joinery and electrical wiring and installation of LED lighting and ceiling fans. The scope covers both schedule and non-schedule items ensuring a complete refurbishment of the facility. Eligible bidders must hold a valid PEC registration in category C5 and above with specialization codes CE-01 CE-09 CE-10 EE-02 and EE-04. They must be active taxpayers with NTN and SRB certificates and possess a valid electrical license. Experience of at least five years in similar works with three completed government projects supported by work orders and completion certificates is mandatory. Financial capability is demonstrated through audited financial statements bank statements and tax returns for the last five years. The bidder must also have the required machinery and technical staff including civil and electrical engineers with PEC registration. The tender documents are available for download from the SPPRA EPADS portal from 1st May 2026 to 18th May 2026. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 18th May 2026 at 12:30 PM and will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer PDM&I Cell Karachi. Original bid security and tender fee must be delivered to the Procuring Agency before the deadline. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost and must be valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. The contract duration is three months with liquidated damages of 0.05% per day up to 10% of contract price.
