Tender Description
The Evacuee Trust Property Board, Lahore invites reputed firms and companies to submit sealed bids under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for a series of repair and renovation works across various religious and community buildings in multiple cities. Eligible bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience and be duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C6 or above, or enlisted with ETPB in the relevant category for the fiscal year 2025-26.

- Repair/Renovation of Victorabad Church at Chishtian, Bahawalnagar
- Repair/Renovation of Krishna Mandir at Kohat
- Repair/Renovation of Shri Radha Krishan Vrindavan Dham (Temple) at Kandiari, Sanghar
- Construction of a boundary wall and installation of pavers at the Langar Khana of Pir Pachmai Temple in Diplo
- Repair/Renovation of Temple, Deval Mata Mandir, Kharoro Charan, Umerkot
- Repair/Renovation of Temple Mohallah Jeevan Colony, Ward No. 317, Umerkot
- Repair and Maintenance of Temple in Holy Plot, Mithi, District Tharparkar

The scope includes civil repair and renovation works, boundary wall construction, paving, and marble flooring at various religious and community sites. The works are spread across cities including Bahawalnagar, Kohat, Sanghar, Diplo, Umerkot, Tharparkar, Sialkot, and Karachi. The tender requires firms to provide a bid security in the form of a Call Deposit from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bidding documents can be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee from the ETPB office during office hours before 11-08-2026.
Eligible bidders must submit their bids by 12-08-2026 before 14:00 hours, with opening scheduled at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders’ representatives. Bidders should ensure their Technical and Financial Bids comply with the requirements including valid CNIC, ATL certificate of FBR, PEC license, and ETPB enlistment. The tender fee ranges from PKR 2,000 to 3,000 depending on the work, and bid security amounts vary from PKR 15,000 to 125,000.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the bid security and ensure all documentation including power of attorney and firm authorization is complete and attested to avoid disqualification. Early purchase of bidding documents and timely submission is crucial to meet the strict deadlines set by the Evacuee Trust Property Board.
