Tender Description
The Pakistan Mint Lahore is procuring the repair and replacement of H.T Metering Panel including supply, inspection, installation, and commissioning. This tender specifically covers a comprehensive scope involving vacuum circuit breakers, shunt trip coils, spring charging motors, racking mechanisms, current transformers, meters, relays, and associated electrical components. The work is to be executed at the Pakistan Mint site in Lahore, ensuring compliance with LESCO approved HT metering panel standards.
The technical scope includes detailed replacement and installation of various electrical parts such as vacuum circuit breakers rated at 12kV, current transformers, capacitors, meters, and associated wiring and panel components. The supplier will also be responsible for LESCO inspection and other formalities. The contract requires strict adherence to technical specifications and timely completion within 45 days from the work order.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). They should have relevant experience in electrical works and meet any PEC category requirements as specified in the bidding documents. The bid security amount is PKR 100,000 in the form of CDR or bank guarantee valid for 180 days. The financial year for operations is 2025-26.
