Repair of Transport Vehicles

The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan through the office of the Assistant Commissioner Gilgit invites bids for the repair of transport vehicles for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for the maintenance and repair of government transport vehicles to ensure their operational efficiency and reliability. Items being procured: - Repair of transport vehicles including servicing and overhauling of vehicles at authorized workshops The technical scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance work on government vehicles, covering mechanical and electrical repairs as needed. The work will be carried out at authorized workshops with proper documentation and quality assurance. Bidders must ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards as per government regulations. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the relevant authorities, possess valid PEC registration if applicable, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Experience in vehicle repair and maintenance contracts with government or reputable private sector clients will be an advantage. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted along with the bid in the form of a CDR from a scheduled bank. The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Commissioner Gilgit on or before 11:00 AM on 6th August 2026. The last date for submission of bids is 6th August 2026 by 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as per schedule.
