Repairing and Maintenance of Material/Equipment at Hydel Power Station Rasul

Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids from original equipment manufacturers, authorized workshops, repair firms, service providers, and contractors for the repairing and maintenance of material/equipment at Hydel Power Station Rasul located in Mandi Bahauddin. The bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C-6 for works. Items being procured: - Repair/Re-Babbitting of 02 Nos. Turbine Guide Bearing with specifications: Height of Bearing = 448mm, Diameter after Re-Babbit Material = 530mm, Diameter after Re-Babbit Surface = 499.70mm, Thickness of White Metal = 15mm, Approximate Weight of White Metal = 40 Kg The scope includes detailed repair and maintenance work on turbine guide bearings at the Hydel Power Station Rasul. Bidders are required to submit bids electronically via EPADS portal by 11:00 Hrs on 08.09.2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of Rs. 98,600 must be submitted in the form of CDR in favor of the Resident Engineer Hydel Power Station Rasul. The bid security must accompany the electronic bid and original CDR must be submitted before the closing date and time. The bidding process follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure for open competitive bidding.
