Repairing and Renovation of Minister Office at Irrigation Secretariat Old Anarkali Lahore

The Punjab Irrigation Department Lahore invites bids for the repairing and renovation of the Minister Office located at the Irrigation Secretariat Old Anarkali Lahore. This tender is issued under the Single Stage–One Envelope bidding procedure from Engineering firms or Contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council with specialization code CE-04 Code. The work must be executed in accordance with approved drawings and PWD specifications for materials and works. Field tests to ensure quality of materials during execution will be conducted under the arrangement of the successful bidder. The successful bidder will be responsible for bearing the cost of testing materials from reputable sources or laboratories. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under code CE-04 and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must also attach valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27, along with government receipts for payment of professional tax, CNIC, enlistment/renewal fees, and registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for the year 2026-2027. Earnest money or bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 781020/-) must be deposited digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid submission deadline is 31st August 2026 by 13:00 HRS on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bids will be opened on the same day at 13:30 HRS in the office of the Superintending Engineer, Depalpur Canal Circle, Canal Bank, Dharampura, Lahore. All bidders must quote their rates against each entry/item of BOQ and complete all pages of the BOQ in their financial bid. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount valid for 3 months beyond completion time.
