Tender Description
The Punjab Irrigation Department Lahore Division CBDC Lahore invites tenders for the repairing and renovation of the Minister Office at Irrigation Secretariat Old Anarkali Lahore. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement system (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk) in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014 (amended to date).
Items being procured:
- Repairing and renovation of Minister Office at Irrigation Secretariat Old Anarkali Lahore
The scope includes all necessary materials and works as per approved drawings and PWD specifications. The contractor must ensure quality and timely completion within 03 months beyond the contract period. The work will be supervised by the Executive Engineer Lahore Division CBDC Lahore. The contractor must provide a time-bound execution/activity schedule and submit performance guarantees as per terms.
Eligibility requires contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under CE-04 category and listed on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) active bidders list. Contractors must submit earnest money of Rs. 781,002/- (5% of estimated cost) digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted online by 31-08-2026 at 13:00 hours. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Punjab Canal Circle, Canal Bank, Bank, Dharmapura, Lahore.
Bidders should carefully read the tender documents available online and ensure compliance with all requirements including FBR/ATL registration and submission of all required documents. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
