Providing Services for Replacement of Canopy Top Sheet and Allied Works at PSO-28 Bhittai Karachi Division

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi Division invites quotations for providing services for replacement of canopy top sheet and allied works at PSO-28 Bhittai. This procurement involves specialized maintenance and repair works to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic finish of the canopy at the retail outlet. Items being procured: - Replacement of 22 SWG CGI Sheet for Canopy Roof (6,500 SFT) - Providing, fabricating and fixing 16 SWG GI Sheet gutter and cladding (1,000 SFT) - Laying 22 SWG CGI Sheet for fascia top sheet (500 SFT) - Installation of 4" diameter Class-D UPVC drain pipe with fittings (750 RFT) - High elastomeric waterproofing of canopy top sheet with two coats of sealing flex (6,500 SFT) - Installation of false ceiling under canopy with 26 SWG pre-painted steel strips including removal and reinstallation of canopy lights and rewiring (800 SFT) The scope includes removal and disposal of old GI sheets and debris outside the retail outlet premises, fabrication and fixing of new powder coated sheets, installation of drainage pipes, waterproofing with approved materials, and installation of false ceiling with electrical works. All works must comply with PSO's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards. Contractors are required to provide fully functional PPEs and ensure safety of workers and outlet staff. The contractor must also ensure proper risk assessment and work planning prior to execution. Eligibility criteria include compliance with PSO's HSE standards, responsibility for debris disposal, and adherence to workmanship quality as inspected and approved by the Engineer Incharge. The contract duration is 45 days from site handover. Contractors must visit the site to understand the scope and conditions before submitting their quotations.
