The contractor is responsible for site cleanliness and removal of debris after completion. Payment terms include 95% payment after job completion and 5% retention money released after a one-year defect liability period. Bid security of Rs. 18,000 in the form of a pay order is mandatory. The contract duration is 30 days from commencement, with liquidated damages applicable for delays. Eligibility criteria require GST and NTN certificates, affidavit of non-blacklisting, authorized distributorship of reputed OEMs, and experience with at least three similar maintenance contracts in the last five years.
