Replacement of Old AC Units with Inverter AC Units at 5 Different Sites Under NTC Division Faisalabad

The National Telecom Corporation (NTC) invites sealed bids for the Replacement of Old AC Units with Inverter AC Units at 5 different sites under NTC Division Faisalabad. This procurement is specifically for the supply and installation of inverter AC units at various NTC exchanges located in Faisalabad and surrounding areas. The sites include NTC Exchange Peoples Colony Faisalabad, Gojra, Bhalwal, Sargodha, and NTC MSU Chiniot Bazar Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Supply of 1.5 Ton Inverter AC Units (Cool Only) with Copper Pipe & Control Cable (80 Rft), Power Cable (100 Rft), Drain Pipe PPRC (80 Rft), Bracket (4 Nos), PVC Duct (80 Rft) including installation and dismantling of old ACs at 4 locations - Supply of 4 Ton Inverter AC Unit (Cool Only) with Copper Pipe, Control Cable, Power Cable (24 Rft), Drain Pipe PPRC (30 Rft), Stand (1 Nos), PVC Duct (30 Rft) including installation and dismantling of old AC at NTC MSU Chiniot Bazar Faisalabad The technical scope includes wall mounted split type 1.5 Ton and floor standing split type 4 Ton inverter AC units with DC inverter technology, capable of operating in ambient temperatures up to 50°C. The units must have copper tube condensers and evaporators with anti-corrosion coating and use R-410A or R-32 refrigerant gas. Installation includes all necessary piping, wiring, brackets, ducts, and dismantling of old units. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 3 years of relevant experience, an established office in Pakistan, and to be operated by Pakistani nationals. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must comply with all legal and regulatory requirements including FBR registration. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 by Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
